How to stay fit?

Fitness is something that is required by all, but in this running world, we are not paying attention to our fitness needs and we are just becoming patient of obesity. To avoid any long term losses of your body, you have to be a little active. If you don’t have much time to exercise, then you can follow these tricks:
Little time more exercise: Even if you are exhausted and tired, a short exercise routine you can easily follow. You can do jumping jacks like Taylor Swift or just making weird faces like Sia will work. You’ll feel better.

  • Follow a mix routine: Don’t go monotonous with your daily schedule and some day, you can do one or two yoga asans, the other day jogging will be good, and some other day, you can do some dancing. This will not make your day more monotonous.

  • Sleep well: Being fit is not enough; if you feel sleepy for the whole day, then you are not doing justice with your body. Don’t lose your sleep hours, work is important but having a good sleep is equally important.
